The MarinaMate.com logos, slogans, graphics, listings and designs which are copyrighted and/or legally protected trademarks (TM), should never be removed from HTML pages on which they appear, nor be associated with any third party MarinaMate.com has not approved of in writing, in advance.
The content and graphics of this site may not be reproduced, stored in or introduced into a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, otherwise) without the prior written permission of MarinaMate.com.

Privacy Policy - Marina Directory Email
MarinaMate.com respects your privacy and will not sell or give your information (address, phone, fax, email, etc.) to any third party, or any other MarinaMate.com customer. MarinaMate.com will not send any unsolicited email (spam), nor will we engage in any bulk emailing to the email addresses found in the Marina Directory listings.
However, we reserve the right to email our Marina Directory customers if there is a change in service, or if a subscription service (Gold Listing, Web Listing, advertisement) is about to expire. We will also send "Contact Us" and customer service emails and replies, and we reserve the right to include any current Specials or Sales notices in the body of these emails.
Please note: The MarinaMate.com Marina Directory is open to the public and the email addresses found within the Directory can be copied from the Directory by anyone. Posting your email address in your Directory Listing is a service that MarinaMate.com offers as part of it's Free Listing, Gold Listing, and Web Listing services. This service allows potential customers to contact you via email, but it also may attract unwanted spam email from third parties.
If you would like to have your email address removed from your Directory Listing, please email MarinaMate.com at info@marinamate.com with "Remove Email Address" as the subject. Include your marina's name and address (City, State and Country). It will take approximately 2-3 days for your email address removal request to be processed.

MarinaMate.com allows internet users to provide direct hyperlinks from any website (subject to MarinaMate.com's Policy on Content). Requirements for linking:
- Hyperlinks must transfer viewers to a full screen, i.e. not a frame within another site, or the link should launch the MarinaMate.com homepage in a new browser window.
- MarinaMate.com's HTML pages and content must not appear within the frames of other sites, nor may they be accompanied in any way by third-party material that may create a mistaken impression in the mind of the viewer about MarinaMate.com's affiliation with or endorsement of the third party site, frame, or material.

All MarinaMate.com Listings will be posted to the site within 1-4 days after receipt of payment for listing. MarinaMate.com will not post any listing before payment is received, unless listing customer is given a prior, written statement promising pre-payment listing from MarinaMate.com.
GOLD LISTING: By filling-in and sending the Gold Listing form you ("the sender") are ordering a MarinaMate.com Gold Listing. You will receive an invoice in the mail for the Gold Listing fee of $60.00 (for one year) within 15 business days of sending this form and payment is expected within 30 days (NET30 terms). This form is an agreement between the sender and MarinaMate.com with which the sender agrees to pay MarinaMate.com for services rendered. (These services being a Gold Listing as described on the Gold Listing page.)
All billing will be done by MarinaMate.com's parent company, HARRISON ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC.
Payment for services rendered is expected within 30 days (NET30 terms) of the time of the placement of the order, or within the time specified by MarinaMate.com for those services. Payment by check, money order or credit card will be accepted. Make checks payable to Harrison Electronic Systems, Inc.
Payment for products is expected at the time of the placement of the order. Payment by credit card is the method accepted by MarinaMate.com for products.
