ANALYSIS OF MARINAMATE.COM RATINGS

ANALYSIS: From this chart we can see that the California section of the Directory seems to remain at around #14 to #16 all year. This is most likely due to the size of the California section (one of the largest in the Directory), and the fact that the weather in much of California tends to remain the same throughout the year (i.e. the popularity of boating remains high all year round; there is no "boating season"). We see the same effect when we analyze the Florida sections of the Directory because of Florida's relatively unchanging climate. This is different from the Caribbean sections of the Directory, which have a higher placement on the ratings list in the winter/spring due to the high tourism season in that region being between December and April.

We will continue to analyze the ratings for various pages/sections each month here in the Top Ten section.
